About the event
You’re laying on the floor, your back is supported, your body is calm. The air in the room is light, with a touch of effort from the dance that just took place. You reach for your journal, find a blank page, and begin to express from a space of clear expansion. With prompts to encourage, you find a path to explore your vision for the year to come.
Your body awakens, ready to move again, you let the paper go, let your feet express on behalf of your heart, that which your mind cannot put into words. You choose to inhabit this body, this life, choosing you.
Join the space cleared and held for you.
No experience necessary. If you are new, the full workshop would give you the most benefit. Half day option is available for those with ecstatic dance experience.
