As we've shared with some of you at dance recently, we'd love to offer more time to arrive early to warm-up, release into the present moment, and engage with each other through movement. Introducing The Movement Lab!  No additional cost, bring a yoga mat or something to lie down on if you like.

ONLINE DANCERS - Join us for the full playlist as usual at 11:00am.  After we've tested things out, we may be able to offer this online as well.  If you're interested in that, be sure to send us an email to let us know.

COVID Guidelines:

Anyone with possible COVID-19 symptoms or recently exposed should remain home. Read CDC's symptom list here https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html ​

-At entry, contactless temperature checks (forehead) will be administered for all attendees, anyone with a fever will be asked to return home.

-In-person numbers will be limited in order to allow plenty of space for distancing for those who choose it.

-Our space is well ventilated and windows will be opened periodically to increase ventilation.
